What data is collected
When you message via WhatsApp, you share your phone number and name directly through WhatsApp's platform. When you write via email, your name and email address come to connect@bloomwithconviction.com. When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address, and timezone on my behalf.
No data is collected passively through this website. There are no tracking cookies, no analytics tools, and no advertising pixels installed.
Why this data is used
Only to respond to your enquiry, schedule a conversation, or conduct sessions if we decide to work together. Your data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing without your explicit permission.
How long data is kept
Email and WhatsApp conversations are kept for as long as our working relationship requires. If we do not end up working together, I delete your contact details within 90 days.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to request access to the data I hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to connect@bloomwithconviction.com and I will respond within 30 days.

This site uses Calendly for appointment booking. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to data collected through their platform: calendly.com/privacy
