Bloom with Conviction
For those quietly carrying
more than they say.
A still, considered space for the kind of inner work that asks for your full attention. Nothing rushed. Nothing performed.

A word from me
Hey, I'm Smriti.
I am Smriti. My background is in psychology and research. I hold the ICF PCC credential and bring an active understanding of AI into my work. I work with people who are quietly carrying more than they say.
Together we turn toward what has been held in silence, and build from there. Not through force. Through attention.

The Journey
THREE MOVEMENTS. ONE TRANSFORMATION.
Root
Before anything changes, something must be understood. We go beneath the surface — to the patterns, the beliefs, the story you have been living without choosing.
Rise
What no longer serves you begins to loosen. You find new ground — steadier, quieter, more yours.
Bloom
You stop performing a version of yourself and start living from conviction. This is what you came here for.
Why me
You have probably learned to manage well. To hold things together on the outside. To be the person others lean on.
What this space offers is somewhere to put that down. Not permanently. Just long enough to look at what is underneath — and decide what you actually want to carry.
This is not a programme or a productised path. It is private, specific, and built around the person in front of me. Sessions are infrequent on purpose. The space between is where the practice lives. What we begin together is meant to outlast us.
Common questions
How to begin.
Should I write on WhatsApp or by email?
Either is fine. WhatsApp is usually faster — you will see when I am online and we can settle on a time without the back-and-forth. If WhatsApp is not available on your device, email opens the same conversation.
What happens after I reach out?
I will reply within a day or two. We will find a time for a brief, unhurried call to see whether this is the right fit. There is no intake form, no deposit, and no obligation beyond that first conversation.
Where do sessions take place?
Online, via video call. I work with clients across time zones, so we schedule at a rhythm that suits us both — usually once every two to four weeks.
“I did not arrive needing answers. I arrived needing someone who would not flinch at the questions. That is what I found.”
